i appreciated the proximity to a large mall, accessible with a short walk. the breakfast buffet had many choices. the check in staff were warm and cute to us, i found this very helpful.
i noticed the room's cleanliness could have been improved a bit.

the hotel features both indoor and outdoor pools that measure around 25 meters, good for swimming. the sauna and jacuzzi were accessible until 22:00, i thought that was convenient. the spa facilities were included in the price.

the hotel's location is very convenient if you are traveling, i think. it is close to the airport. a large shopping mall is a short walk away, offering shopping opportunities.

welcome drinks delicious food nice spa
the staff offered welcome drinks on arrival it was a nice gesture the restaurant food tasted delicious i found the staff very friendly and helpful. a shopping mall sits nearby a bus stop is also there the hotel location is convenient to both airport and city center. the spa was nice the gym offers views i especially enjoyed the house beer.
the room was hot throughout our stay

free parking helpful staff hot room inadequate cleaning
The breakfast buffet was HUGE, and it included fruit , pastries , pancakes , yoghurt and hot food. I REALLY appreciated the free parking, it had plenty of space. ALL staff were friendly and helpful , especially when we needed a cot for our daughter.
Our room was hot during our entire stay , then the cleaners didn't clean. They did not change the sheets and I found that unprofessional.

Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location

The hotel has both indoor swimming pools and one outdoor swimming pool, this was great. The wellness area provided a sauna and jacuzzi open until 22:00. Spa facilities were part of the price. I found a shopping mall center a short walk from the hotel, about four minutes. The shuttle service to the airport was available at a reasonable price.
Only a few beer varieties were available from the nearby brewery. I would have liked more options.

A shopping mall is very close to the hotel and is accessible with just a short walk of less than ten minutes, this is good for people who want to shop. The location is excellent, which I enjoyed.

The staff are very friendly and professional, and that helps a lot. The manager, Mr Armand, behaved marvelously with us and with other guests. The check-in staff were warm and cute when we first arrived, this was wonderful.

wonderful stay!
warm welcome free parking spa area
i was welcomed warmly. staff remained attentive. i also got a tour of the hotel. the location is near the airport, and there is free parking. the kids especially enjoyed the spa area and swimming pool and i did too.
The room we were in was too hot. But the cleaning was not consistent and sheets weren't changed.

the breakfast buffet featured a classic spread. it included a variety of options. the presentation was well done, and the food was refilled frequently, i think the dining area was spacious and bright.
